Harley Quinn's Backstory (Original)
We have to go all the way back to when she was a teenager. When Harley was a teenager she was very good at gymnastics. She gained a scholarship to go to Gotham State University, thanks to her gymnastic abilities. She later attended the Gotham State University to have a degree in psychiatry. After she received her degree she automatically was given an intern job and went to Arkham Asylum to gain experience. As she was being toured through Arkham Asylum she caught the eyes of the clown prince.
Later there was a rose and a note with Joker’s signature on it. She later asked Joker why the note was in her office and how he manage to placed there. Joker insisted if she was going to tell the guards, she would have already told them. The Joker continued talking and ended up talking about how he liked her name Harleen Quinzel. He was talking about if someone changed it up a bit she would have Harley Quinn, like the clown character Harlequin. Joker gives her the idea to have a therapy session, so she studied what his tricks and gimmicks were.
Three months later they have a therapy session and as soon as the session had started Joker tells Harley that his father would abuse him as a child. Dr. Quinzel was paying a lot of attention to his story.He knew that she was moved by what he was saying, he was basically tugging at her heartstrings.
Joker later escaped out of Arkham Asylum, Dr. Quinzel was very worried about Joker running around in Gotham she had the idea that he was scared and afraid. By the time Batman brought Joker back to Arkham Asylum he was beaten up and so was Joker, Dr. Quinnzel was very upset. So on the very same night Harley went to a costume shop. She stole a jester outfit, a bang gun, clown white face paint, and a mask.
After Harley left the store she sped all the way to Arkham Asylum. She broke in dressed in her jester outfit and she was ready to bail Joker out of Arkham. She gassed the rest of the psychiatrists out of Arkham as well as the guards. She went up to Joker's cell and broke into it with a cherry pie bomb. As Joker looked up from bed rest Harley Took Joker from his cell and they both escape Arkham and they live happily ever after.
